We are no longer publishing our email address on the site due to the software that spammers use to harvest email addresses from web sites. The form below will be sent to us, and you will receive a reply (if necessary) from one of our azgrand addresses (either our own name, shipping, info, or whatever department needs to reply). You may also make comments anonymously. Just leave the name and email forms blank.

Please note: This is NOT an opt-in box to allow us to send other information. This form is for business discussions only, to ask us questions, and will not be used to send any other correspondence. We have no opt-ins on our site.

No Soliciting!

Recently we have had several contacts from people wanting to improve our site rankings. We are already on the first page of Google (for the only keywords we care about), position two (the last time I looked), with only seven inbound links and an outdated site builder. I have been in Internet Marketing for over eleven years, and I know probably better than most people how to get top rankings, so PLEASE, don't waste your time or mine by trying to sell me your services!

We make every attempt to answer every logical question on our web pages, so please be sure to read the information carefully. If you still need assistance, then we will be glad to help you.

We answer our emails promptly, between 8 AM and 10 PM CST, unless we happen to be out of the office. We will respond to your question/comment as soon as possible if you have submitted your email address and a reply is needed.

Phone us at the office toll free at 1-866-782-9355. When we are out of the office, we usually forward the phones to my cell phone. All have voicemail, in case we do not answer. (please, no telemarketers or people trying to improve our site rankings. We NEVER buy from telemarketers!) (We are on the national DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, we have caller ID, and we WILL turn in the numbers of violators!). 

Please note that we do not usually answer the phone for unidentified numbers, toll free numbers, or any other number that appears to be a telemarketer (and we have many of those calls). If we do not answer, we have voice mail on all phones, so please leave us a message and we will call you back ASAP.
  
If you have questions about anything, or just want to let us know your thoughts or opinions, and aren't trying to sell something, you can phone us if you wish to. We have voicemail, in case we can't answer for any reason, but you must leave us a message with a phone number in order for us to get back to you. We value your opinion, so please make your thoughts known to us.
